This measurement calibration device is developed based on the German VisiCon DPP 3D sensor. The sensor combines the advantages of multi-wire sensors, high measurement accuracy, and traditional laser sensors while being insensitive to ambient light. Additionally, VisiCon DPP achieves stereoscopic optical measurement of laser beams, meaning we can measure actual three-dimensional coordinates, significantly enhancing measurement accuracy.
In the implementation of this project, Beijing IYASAKA utilized German-made 3D sensors as core measurement components. However, the calibration software was entirely self-developed with independent intellectual property rights in China. This approach ensured project control, continuous product iteration and upgrades, as well as flexible communication with the MES system. These features earned high praise from clients, leading Guangben to confidently entrust more inspection line projects to IYASAKA for execution.
