Detection Principle

The system achieves precise alignment of the light-collecting box with high beams, low beams, and fog lights through servo-driven positioning. An industrial CCD camera inside the box precisely controls exposure parameters to capture light pattern images. These images are transmitted to an industrial computer via GigE protocol at 20-40Hz frame rate. IYASAKA proprietary online light measurement software then analyzes the light patterns and intensity, completing tests for luminous intensity and positional offset measurements.
