The passenger vehicle industry is currently undergoing a gradual electrification upgrade. As these vehicles are equipped with high-voltage power sources and high-voltage, high-current circuits that provide driving power, any faults could endanger the safety of operators due to the high voltage and current. Therefore, it is essential to conduct mandatory inspections on battery insulation performance and safety compliance, which must meet national standards.

The equipment design and development reference the technical requirements for safety compliance testing specified in GB18384-2020 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicles", which took effect on January 1, 2021. The system implements a seven-step testing methodology featuring position recognition, intelligent scanning, parallel testing, data storage, smart voice control, anomaly management, and MES connectivity. This configuration meets the new demands of intelligent manufacturing in electric vehicle production lines, enabling smarter, faster, and more informatized operations.
