2024 Geely Linhai Factory renovation project

The Linhai Plants final assembly workshop testing line 2, commissioned in 2009, comprises four workstations: 1) Four-wheel alignment + headlights + side-slip detection; 2) Integrated steering knuckle; 3) Single-wheel braking system; 4) Exhaust gas analysis. Relocated from Taizhou to the Linhai base in 2015, it underwent major maintenance in 2019. With evolving automotive industry demands on testing equipment and these devices having been in service for 15 years, some components require replacement while others need upgrades. The facility has also implemented new ADAS calibration functionality.

The delivery of this project marks that more customers can better complete the equipment upgrade and transformation on the basis of cost saving in the future. The upgrade and transformation is characterized by low cost, fast delivery time, and can upgrade the equipment according to the latest needs of customers and the market to meet the latest testing and calibration requirements of customers.
